Lockplate prevents jaw bolts from turning or loosening. One adjustment realigns cutting edges properly. Toggle jointtransforms 50 pounds of hand pressure on handles to 4,000 pounds pressure on cutting edges of jaws. All steel tubular handles with rubber grips.
