CarePlanIt: America’s Number 1 Framework for Addressing Aging Related Issues

Helping seniors and their families navigate aging issues. You’re a Super Senior! You’ll live longer than almost anyone in history. Your great grandparents lived to around 65, you’ll live on average into your 80’s.  Do you know the best practices? Do you know the five Master Techniques (MTs) of aging? After studying and observing the behavior of seniors for over a decade, Carmen and I have identified the five MTs used by seniors, their families, and caregivers to address aging issues. All of them! Imagine, five simple techniques that help reduce anxiety, panic, and confusion about the issues we all face as we age.  The MT's are Health, Housing, Finances, End of Life Chores, and Family Communication. CarePlanIt uses them to define the high-level framework for managing any issue you, or your family, may encounter. Let’s say that again: Any issue you encounter related to aging and caregiving can be managed within these five MTs. CarePlanIt gives you a framework to manage everything. We call seniors who’ve mastered these techniques Super Agers. Caregivers who learn them can help the seniors they care for become Super Agers. Children of seniors can master them early and help minimize the anxiety they feel, encourage their parents to learn them, and inspire their own children.  The CarePlanIt framework is the same for every generation. The senior, the senior’s children, and the senior’s grandchildren. There is nothing a senior is asked to do that a child or grandchild probably won’t have to do for themselves at some point. Carmen and I talked to hundreds of families that brought up the same challenges, all ending with similar results: frustration and failure. They didn;lt know the MTs.
